positive:
Good value.
Rates at the hotel are reasonable, especially if you are able to benefit from advance savings. Extra value comes in the form of free car parking and complimentary Wi-Fi. Furthermore, if you are travelling with children aged under 15, they are able to stay
positive:
Comfortable accommodation.
Although a handful of guests found the hotel’s bedrooms a little too basic, most agree that they are comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. The array of amenities is not particularly extensive but do include all the essentials.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Ear plugs are a must.
The hotel’s location beside two major roads and a service station hardly provides the most tranquil of settings. While few guests describe the noise level as unbearable, it’s definitely an issue. Forget your earplugs at your peril.
negative:
Restaurant/bar service could be better.
Despite regular comments about the high standard of the service in the hotel, less favourable remarks often crop up about the restaurant. Some guests found the service a little lacking and faced fairly long waits to be served.
negative:
Free Wi-Fi may disappoint.
Several guests found that connecting to the free Wi-Fi was a bit of a chore, with some unable to connect at all. Others found that the connection was too slow to be of any use. An upgrade is available but you’ll need to pay extra for this.
