    The Booth Museum of Natural History houses over a half a million different specimens that have been collected over the last three centuries. Exhibits include animal skeletons, including a whale and a dinosaur and hundreds of birds and butterflies displayed in recreated authentic environments. For younger visitors there are is a “hands on” gallery and interactive displays. The building is fully accessible by disabled visitors and facilities on site include a gift shop and toilets. Entry is free and it is open daily from 10am until 5pm (Monday to Saturday) and 2pm until 5pm on Sundays.
