Parco Aqualandia (Lido di Jesolo, Italy)
The Parco Aqualandia is Italy’s largest water park. It is situated 40 kilometres from the airport, 20 kilometres from San Dona’ di Piave – Jesolo train station and the no. 5 bus stops right outside the park. It imitates a Caribbean Island next to Venice, with 80,000 square metres of water attractions, shows, gardens, sports activities and even has a diving school. Altogether there are 26 attractions, 7 live shows and eight animation activities, divided into eight areas : Funnyland for the younger guests, Adrenaline area for the more active, Music on the beach, shows, animations, sports, adventure golf, vanilla club and a choice of restaurants. Prices to enter the park are, for a full day ticket, of 25€ adult, 21€ for children who measure between 1 metre and 1,40m, and free for the under 1 metre high visitors. For a half day ticket you’ll pay 21€ adult, 17€ children and free for kids who measure under 1m. Free also for the disabled. The park is open from late May to the middle of September, from 10am to 6pm.
