Pets are welcome.
It’s wonderful that pets are allowed at Peak Edge at the Red Lion, especially if you like to travel with your favourite canine companion. Your dog will love it too, because there are so many great walks to be had just outside your door.
positive:
This is a non-smoking hotel.
This is a non-smoking which is great if you don’t imbibe and like your accommodations smelling fresh rather than like stale, second-hand smoke.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The electrical outlets are not accessible in the guest rooms.
The electrical outlets in the bathroom and near the dressing table are not easy to reach which can be inconvenient. You may want to bring an adaptor with you when staying here in order to maximize the number of plugs accessible to you.
negative:
The Wi-Fi is spotty.
The Internet connection is spotty in the guest rooms at Peak Edge at the Red Lion which can be problematic if you are travelling on business or trying to get an email out on a hurry. Luckily, the Wi-Fi reception in the public spaces is spot on.
negative:
The temperature controls can be problematic.
Sometimes the temperatures in the guest rooms can get uncomfortable, especially when it comes to the air conditioning. Luckily, the windows open, because it is often difficult to cool down the room once it’s gotten overly warm.
