    The Carlton Hotel is a traditional seaside hotel situated on Folkestone’s cliff top promenade overlooking the English Channel. On a clear day it is possible to see as far as France. All rooms are en suite and have tea and coffee making facilities. There are televisions in each room and many rooms also offer a sea view. The hotel benefits from superior views across Folkestone and the English Channel. As well as the bar and the restaurant there is also the entertainment suite which has live music and dancing three times a week. Leas Bar features cosy surroundings and great views and Leas Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. The hotel will also strive to meet any special dietary requirements especially if advised in advance. The Carlton Hotel is just a stone’s throw from Leas Cliff Hall and Bandstand. The beach and Folkestone town centre are also within easy walking distance.
