    Old buildings demolished in many parts of the country, have been brought to this site in the heart of Derbyshire to be rebuilt and restored as a village. Attractions include a souvenir shop, tea rooms and pub. This has formed the base of the Crich Tramway Village where the largest collection of restored vintage trams trundle along the cobbled streets and into the near countryside. The workshop gallery is where engineers service and restore the vehicles. The depots contain over fifty trams in original livery from cities and towns around the country.
